Simple personal tax situations, W2 employees with no other sources of income and do not itemize. Service includes preparation and e-filing of: - Federal 1040, corresponding personal forms and schedules, and state forms. - Access to your tax documents through our online document portal in case you need them throughout the year. - E-signature for tax documents.

Personal Tax Return

More complex personal tax situations, who are not self-employed but may have additional sources of income like stocks, dividends, or crypto. Service includes preparation and e-filing of: - Federal 1040, corresponding personal forms and schedules, state forms, and Itemizing(Schedule A) if needed. - Either schedule listed or a combination of the following schedules listed; Schedule B Interest and Ordinary Dividends, Schedule D Capital Gains and Losses, Schedule K-1, etc. - Access to your tax documents through our online document portal in case you need them throughout the year. - E-signature for tax documents.

Self Employed Tax Return

For clients who need their personal taxes prepared and are Sole Proprietors or/and have a mixture of Self Employed income and other types of income. Service includes preparation and e-filing of: - Federal 1040, corresponding personal forms and schedules, state forms, Itemizing(Schedule A) if needed. - Either schedule listed or a combination of the following schedules listed; Schedule B Interest and Ordinary Dividends, Schedule C-Profit or Loss from Business, Schedule E-Income or loss from Rental Real Estate, Schedule F-Profit or Loss from Farming, Schedule D Capital Gains and Losses, Schedule K-1, etc. - Access to your tax documents through our online document portal in case you need them throughout the year. - E-signature for tax documents.

Partnership, S-Corp, Corp Tax

Bookkeeping must be in order before booking appointment, otherwise bookkeeping service is extra. Service includes preparation and e-filing of: - Federal and State Tax Forms - Distribution of K1's via email to members/partners if applicable. - Access to your tax documents through our online document portal in case you need them throughout the year. - E-signature for tax documents.

Bookkeeping

Monthly Bookkeeping Services include meeting virtually once a month to go over your income and expenses. *Catch up bookkeeping is extra.

Payroll

Payroll — $149 setup fee, then $100+ per month depending on how many employees and how often employees get paid. We setup payroll for you, run payroll biweekly or monthly, and distribute W-2’s digitally to each employee at the end of the year.

New Business Formation

Form your new business in any state. Service includes: - State Online registration of a new LLC or Corporation. - Registration of the EIN (Tax ID). - Articles of Incorporation or Organization. - Certificate of Good Standing. - State fees included for FL, other states may vary.
